Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled anytime before shipment.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are handled as returns.

Returns

  • Please email us at support@chariotoutdoor.com within 5 days of receiving your order to request a return.

  • We’ll issue you a Return Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA cannot be accepted.

  • Items must be sent back within 14 days of delivery.

Condition of Returns

  • To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, in like-new condition, and returned in their original packaging.

  • Please make sure products are packed securely to avoid damage in transit.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

  • If you received the wrong item or a product that was damaged in shipping, we’ll cover the cost of return and replacement. Just send us photos and we’ll make it right.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method.

  • Refunds typically appear within 5–7 business days.
