Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled anytime before shipment.

Once shipped, cancellations are handled as returns.
Returns

Please email us at support@chariotoutdoor.com within 5 days of receiving your order to request a return.

We’ll issue you a Return Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA cannot be accepted.

Items must be sent back within 14 days of delivery.
Condition of Returns

To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, in like-new condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Please make sure products are packed securely to avoid damage in transit.
Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

If you received the wrong item or a product that was damaged in shipping, we’ll cover the cost of return and replacement. Just send us photos and we’ll make it right.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method.
