Return Policy
At Chariot Outdoor, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products within 15 days of delivery. Items must be new/unused in original packaging with all accessories.
Who can return
- Country: United States only
Return window & condition
- Contact us within 15 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.
- Ship the item back within 15 days of receiving approval.
- Condition: New/unused, unassembled, original packaging and all accessories included.
How to start a return or exchange
- Email support@chariotoutdoor.com with your order number, reason, and photos (if defective/damaged).
- We’ll reply with approval and instructions for drop-off or by-mail return.
Return shipping & labels
- Change-of-mind / non-defective: Customer is responsible for return shipping (you may use your own carrier or purchase a label through us at cost).
- Defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect item: We cover the return label if reported within 7 days of delivery with photos.
Exchanges
- Standard exchange: We ship the replacement after we receive and inspect your return.
- Instant exchange (optional): Place a new order; we refund the original once the return is received and inspected.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 days after the return is received and inspected. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the credit.
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
No restocking fees
We do not charge restocking fees. However, we may deduct an amount if items are returned used, missing parts, or with damage beyond shipping wear (see “Inspection & deductions”).
Inspection & deductions
- Returned items must arrive clean, unused, and well-protected. Please keep the product box pristine and ship in an outer box whenever possible.
- If packaging is destroyed, parts are missing, or there are signs of outdoor use, we may refuse the return or apply a reasonable deduction.
Non-returnable items
- Used items or items showing signs of use
- Items missing parts, manuals, or original packaging
- Final-sale items and gift cards
